In Between

We decided to get away between Christmas and New Year and headed to Weymouth for a couple of days of chilling out.

We drove down in the sunshine and spent the whole time away in wonderful sunshine despite being breezy and cold, good fresh air and we walked over 10 miles between the day and a half we spent there.

The wind produced some nice "white tops" out at sea and that coupled with the changing light provided some nice photo opportunities and good subject matter.

It was all a little surreal as most of the rest of the country was experiencing dense fog and difficult driving conditions with icy roads, very much a case of right place / right time!

These are the images I captured of both the area and some of She enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Boxing Day - Local Hunt

We had the annual Boxing Day hunt meet (drag hunt) with the Vale of the White Horse hunt in the local park today, it was a nice day and well attended.

Managed to grab some images with the XT2 + 100-400mm, and it reminded my why I traded in my Nikon full frame for the Fuji, small, light, fast to focus  and delivers great images.

These are the images from today.
